The CPANEL Internship is a specialized 5-week on-the-job training program designed for students and individuals aiming to build a career in Level 1 Technical Support Executive for Web hosting Industry. The internship offers a deep dive into web hosting technologies, real-world scenarios, and client-facing tasks that are essential for becoming proficient in managing hosting environments. The program covers cPanel, DNS management, server configurations, and exposure to ticketing systems with real-time client interactions. Candidates will work on live projects under the guidance of mentors, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What we require you to have – Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or any other relevant field.
- Basic Linux knowledge skills
- English communication skills
- Selection will be based on a company evaluation process. Candidates must demonstrate basic understanding and interest in web hosting or system administration.
