Where relevant, The customer agrees to provide us with sufficient detail about, and access to, your services, policies and systems to enable us to provide the service to you and your customers. Geeks Solutions will not be responsible for any problems for your servers from data center end and the downtime or any kind of service interruption due to server downtime from data center end.
Customers will not directly or indirectly, during this agreement and for a period of 1 year after its expiry or termination engage, employ, contract or otherwise work in any manner with, including without limitation as director, manager, agent or employee any person who is or was employed or engaged by us. You acknowledge that this period is no greater than is reasonably required to protect the goodwill in the business.
Geeks Solutions offers trial support for only 1 basic issue ( We deserve the right to consider which issues are basic and which are not ) which is called the trial period. We recommend to use trial before purchasing the actual service and we will not provide any refund for those services having one time setup charges or installation charges. Please read the details of plan carefully.
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Geeks Solutions on changes in Credit Card type, PayPal E-Mail Address or Expiration Date to their Credit Card. Credit Card accounts are billed once monthly. If your Credit Card is declined you will have seven days to make the payment, after these seven days, your account will be placed on hold until services are paid for. All accounts issuing charge backs against Geeks Solutions will be charged an additional $30.00 per charge back.
Cancellation request has to be submitted by client portal or by emailing sales for authorization purpose and not by informing it on live chat. Since all fees are payable in advance, there is no cancellation fee. In order to avoid charges for a subsequent billing cycle, you need to cancel the service prior to the end of the current billing cycle. We recommend that you cancel your subscription (if relevant) prior to your next billing date.
You reserve the right to cancel the service for any reason with prior notice of 7 days. We will not cancel the service from our part without notification.
We offer refunds on selected Server Management Plans which we have advertise on our website, Most the management plans have 15 days money back guarantee. After 15 days no refund will be offered. A refund request must have a valid reason from our part, asking refunds without any valid reason will not considered.
Refunds can take from 24 hours to one week. We will not give back any refund for the automatic Paypal subscriptions, it will be automatically added as a credit to your account within our billing system.
For our hourly server admin charges, $30/hour will be applied for server administration time. We do not offer refund neither guarantee a solution with hourly support request.
|Change of IPs||
All server management plans are not allowed to change the IPs of management plans or software licenses related to those management plans. If you need to change IP, we recommend to wait till next due date or order new services.
|No Coding and Development Support||
We do not provide any code or scripting support in server management plans. We do not provide website development or design related support in any of our server management plans. Should have any development related or script editing related support please contact our Customer Relationship Executive.
Each party will maintain all Confidential Information of the other party in strict confidence and will not at any time or for any reason disclose any Confidential Information of the other to any third party without the disclosing party’s prior written consent. Neither party will use any Confidential Information of the other for any purpose whatsoever except in performing its duties and exercising its rights under this agreement. Neither party will disclose any Confidential Information of the other to any of its agents or employees who do not participate directly in the performance of its duties or exercise of its rights under this agreement, and each party will advise its employees who are permitted access to any Confidential Information of the other party, of the restrictions on disclosure and use set forth in this agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may disclose the Confidential Information of the other if it believes in good faith that any applicable law, rule or regulation requires the disclosure, provided that it makes a reasonable effort to give the disclosing party as much advanced notice as may be practicable. On termination or expiration of this agreement, each party will return or destroy all Confidential Information obtained from the other party and copies thereof. Either party may use for any purpose without obligation to the other party’s information (other than Confidential Information) in non-tangible form, which may be recalled by persons who have had access to the Confidential Information, and which results from work with the Confidential Information. Nothing in this clause will prohibit or restrict our right to provide the same or similar products or services furnished hereunder to other parties. You acknowledge and agree that the restrictions on Confidential Information contained in this agreement shall not apply to the general knowledge, skills and experience gained by us or our employees while engaged by you.

Geeks Solutions.com retains the rights to alter and amend these terms and conditions as required and without notification in the interest of our users. All changes to this page will be applicable to previous versions. Geeks Solutions.com provides you with practical features yours business and your customers truly need, and that’s why our services is the right choice for you. Competitors might provide you a fortune by bundling in functionalities that you will never use. With Geeks Solutions our support team can either pro-actively initiate conversation with your clients, or wait for your clients to ask for help when they need it.
